Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Happybuy Store. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Certain items, such as personal care products, baby products (if opened), and clearance items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Opened hygiene products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving your bank details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item sent
  • Manufacturing defect

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
